Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support Pharma Operations and HR. In this role, you will own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for these departments. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, delivering performance analyses and developing business cases.

What you will do

Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Operations and HR
Deliver monthly performance analyses and management presentations
Analyze financial performance and cost drivers to identify opportunities
Improve forecasting accuracy and planning methodologies
Act as strategic partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership
Develop business cases and scenario models for investments

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
4–6 years experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis
Strong financial planning, forecasting, and modelling skills
Advanced Excel and analytical tools like Power Query or Power Pivot
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and curious about process improvement through technology
