Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support its Technology and IT organization in Sevenum. In this role, you will drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis while helping to automate processes with AI.

What you will do

Support financial planning and budgeting for Technology/IT organization
Analyze costs, investments, and financial performance
Prepare management reporting and translate data into insights
Support development and evaluation of business cases and investment decisions
Support accurate financial treatment of Technology costs including CapEx and OpEx
Contribute to improving and automating FP&A processes using AI

What you bring

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related quantitative field
2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Controlling
Strong analytical skills and confidence with financial data and large datasets
AI-first mindset
Strong interest in Technology, digital business models or eCommerce
Strong communication skills and ability to translate analyses into actionable insights

Nice to have

Experience with business cases or investment analysis
