Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Junior Payment Operations Associate to join their team in Sevenum. In this role, you will help ensure smooth payment operations by posting transactions, monitoring payments, and supporting issue resolution.
What you will do
- Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various methods
- Identify and flag discrepancies or settlement differences
- Support resolution of payment issues with senior team members
- Ensure accurate documentation of payment processes
- Prepare reports on payment volumes and performance
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or bachelor's degree in business or finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and structured work style
- Comfortable with Excel and financial systems
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
- Fluent in German and basic English

- First practical experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or payment operations
