About the job

Join Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum as a PKA, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients in the pharmaceutical field. You'll support pharmaceutical customer service, handle prescription processing and verification, and manage pharmaceutical billing.

What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for patients in the pharmaceutical area
• Support pharmaceutical customer service matters
• Process and verify prescriptions
• Handle pharmaceutical billing

What you bring

• Completed PKA training
• Service-oriented and friendly customer communication, especially over the phone
• Structured, accurate, and responsible working style
• Quick comprehension and initiative
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Proficiency with pharmaceutical CRM systems and MS Office
