Clarify queries regarding prescription orders with customers or doctors
Provide customer service and communicate with customers
Maintain prescription data in the pharmacy information system
Follow regulations and safety procedures

Completed PKA training
Passion for pharmaceutical advice
Service-oriented and confident customer communication, especially by phone
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
Routine with pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
High accuracy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
