Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a PTA (Pharmazeutisch-technische/r Assistent/in) to join their Pharma Service Team in Sevenum. In this role, you will provide pharmaceutical advice and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The position offers a starting bonus of €3,000 and is based on a Dutch employment contract.

What you will do

Provide pharmaceutical advice on self-medication, prescription drugs, and health products via phone and in writing
Check prescriptions for interactions and contraindications
Serve as a contact person for pharmaceutical matters such as medication analysis and customer inquiries
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide informational materials after consultations
Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams and contribute to process improvements

What you bring

Completed PTA training
Passion for pharmaceutical advice
Service-oriented, friendly, and confident customer communication, especially on the phone
Structured, accurate, and responsible working style with initiative
Very good written and spoken German
Routine with pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
