Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Release Manager to lead and improve enterprise release management processes. You will coordinate complex cross-functional releases and drive release readiness with clear Go/No-Go decisions.
What you will do
- Lead evolution of enterprise release management process
- Coordinate complex cross-functional releases
- Drive release readiness with Go/No-Go decisions
- Build release governance with standards and templates
- Champion continuous improvement for release reliability
What you bring
- 5+ years in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management
- Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms like D365 F&O, AX, SAP
- Comfortable with Jira, Confluence and structured release governance
- Ability to align business and technology stakeholders
