Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Documentation Expert to establish documentation standards and governance for its ERP and Enterprise Systems. You will drive a culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset, collaborating with business owners, consultants, and delivery teams.

What you will do

Establish documentation standards, governance, and processes for ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge
Work with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams
Drive a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset

What you bring

7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments
Strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira
Ability to bring structure to complexity
Passion for ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible after projects are delivered
Value collaboration and enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines
Willingness to challenge existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices

Nice to have

Experience with business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies)
