Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Documentation Expert to establish documentation standards and governance for its ERP and Enterprise Systems. You will drive a culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset, collaborating with business owners, consultants, and delivery teams.

- Establish documentation standards, governance, and processes for ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge
- Work with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams
- Drive a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset
Wat je meebrengt
- 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira
- Ability to bring structure to complexity
- Passion for ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible after projects are delivered
- Value collaboration and enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines
- Willingness to challenge existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices
