Hub Manager (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to oversee the operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery at their Venlo location. In this role, you will lead and develop the hub leadership team while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. You'll report to the City Manager and work alongside other Hub Managers to drive performance.

What you will do

• Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene, labor law, and safety standards
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Oversee customer experience and order accuracy
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

• Dutch language skills
