Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Sunday Team Leader Logistics to join their team in Sevenum on a part-time basis. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of 20 to 50 logistics employees, ensuring smooth operations every Sunday.

What you will do

Lead a team of 20–50 logistics employees
Coach, train, and motivate the team
Serve as the main contact for operational and personnel matters
Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes
Collaborate closely with other team leaders and report to shift leader or workflow
Check attendance, break, and working times

What you bring

Degree in logistics/supply chain or first leadership experience or solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
Flexibility to work at least 3 Sundays per month
Hands-on mentality and structured, solution-oriented approach
Open, honest personality with the ability to build trust
Strong team orientation and good sense for employees and operational processes
Good German and English skills in word and writing

Hourly wage of €17.88 plus Sunday supplement
