Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Sunday Team Leader Logistics to join their team in Sevenum on a part-time basis. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of 20 to 50 logistics employees, ensuring smooth operations every Sunday.

- Lead a team of 20–50 logistics employees
- Coach, train, and motivate the team
- Serve as the main contact for operational and personnel matters
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes
- Collaborate closely with other team leaders and report to shift leader or workflow
- Check attendance, break, and working times
Wat je meebrengt
- Degree in logistics/supply chain or first leadership experience or solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
- Flexibility to work at least 3 Sundays per month
- Hands-on mentality and structured, solution-oriented approach
- Open, honest personality with the ability to build trust
- Strong team orientation and good sense for employees and operational processes
- Good German and English skills in word and writing
