What you will do
- Rotate through four phases covering warehouse, customer service, procurement, sales, and leadership
- Manage projects, accounts, and customer relationships
- Handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics
- Develop quotes, read blueprints, and manage complex orders
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Lead and mentor a team, set strategy, and manage operations
What you bring
- Recent university or college graduate in any discipline
- Positive attitude and results-driven mindset
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
