Hitachi Rail is looking for an Associate Project Support to assist with daily rolling stock delivery and testing activities. This role is based at the KS site and involves coordinating with customers, partners, and suppliers.
What you will do
- Support project manager in daily rolling stock delivery and testing activities
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and KPI updates
- Coordinate site activities and interface with customer, partners, and suppliers
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, follow up on action items
- Manage project documentation and track risks, issues, and change requests
- Coordinate logistics, resource planning, and site access for visiting staff
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, transportation, business administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in railway, rolling stock, transportation, infrastructure, or engineering projects
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems
- Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience in railway, metro, LRT, or high-speed rail projects
