Hitachi is looking for a Logistic Specialist to join their team in a hybrid working setup. This role focuses on managing logistics plans, coordinating shipments, and overseeing warehouse operations.
What you will do
- Prepare logistics plans and shipment schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate goods-receipt and inspection activities
- Support inventory and warehouse operations
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Manage return shipments for defective equipment
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field
- 3-5 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with international project logistics
- Knowledge of freight quotations and carrier management
- Experience with KPI reporting and cost analysis
