About the job
Typeform is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers and help them get the most out of the product. In this remote role, you'll guide customers through onboarding, usage, and renewals.
What you will do
- Partner with customers to understand needs and coach on product use
- Introduce opportunities to expand usage and optimize experiences
- Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and progress
- Assist customers who fall out of engagement cadences
- Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate renewals
- Deliver account reviews and collaborate across teams
What you bring
- Proven experience in customer success or relationship management
- Easily builds rapport with customers and team members
- Track record of expansions and renewals
- Process-driven and analytical
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical terms in non-technical way
