Typeform is looking for a Freelance Principal Recruiter to manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, commercial, and business functions. This is a full-time remote freelance engagement where you will own the end-to-end hiring process and partner closely with hiring managers.
What you will do
- Manage 8–12 active roles across technical, commercial, and business functions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines with focus on passive talent
- Partner with hiring managers on role scope, success criteria, and strategy
- Run structured hiring processes from intake to offer
- Drive proactive communication with stakeholders
- Deliver strong candidate experience and close candidates
What you bring
- Full-cycle recruiter experience in global SaaS or technology company
- Comfortable hiring across technical and business roles
- Strong sourcing capability for passive candidates
- Confidence in assessing talent and contributing to hiring decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments
