About the job
QbD Group is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to manage study sites remotely and on-site. You will ensure subject rights and data accuracy while supporting investigators and site staff.
What you will do
- Initiate, monitor, and close study sites remotely and on-site
- Protect subject rights and ensure data accuracy per protocol and regulations
- Train and support investigators and site staff
- Identify and resolve study-related issues at sites
- Conduct periodic monitoring visits and review case report forms
- Perform source data verification and manage study supplies
What you bring
- Master degree in biological or paramedical sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical research experience in a CRO or as hospital study coordinator
- Fluent in local language and English
- Willing to travel internationally at least 50%
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain composure
