About the job

Clera is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join their team in a remote role. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and partner with leadership to refine customer profiles and messaging.

What you will do

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Research target accounts and run outbound campaigns
Lead sales conversations with HR, finance, and IT leaders
Partner with leadership to refine customer profiles and messaging
Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams

What you bring

Zero to two years of professional experience or recent graduate
Experience in direct sales or as an Account Executive
Experience closing enterprise deals and selling HR technology
Ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and close deals
Experience building sales processes in a startup or small business
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

Interest or experience in HR, finance, or AI

What you get

50/50 base and commission split
On-target earnings of $140,000
