Clera is looking for a Technical Product Engineer/Manager to own the roadmap for core product modules and AI agents. This remote role involves shipping AI features with explainability and auditability, and working directly with customers in pharmaceutical logistics.
What you will do
- Own roadmap for core product modules and AI agents
- Ship AI features with explainability and auditability
- Work directly with customers in pharmaceutical logistics
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams
- Define and measure product outcomes
What you bring
- 5+ years product management or product engineering experience
- 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with React or full-stack development
- Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG
- Experience owning roadmaps and measuring outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing discovery
Nice to have
- Cold chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience
