What you will do
- Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and release
- Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points
- Lead product discovery with hypotheses and quick experiments
- Instrument metrics to enable data driven decisions in your area
- Build pragmatic, scalable software balancing value and maintainability
- Prefer asynchronous communication and ship with minimal meetings
What you bring
- 5+ years of full stack engineering delivering end to end web features
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React
- Native German proficiency with fluent English for team collaboration
- Product minded with ability to measure success by customer value and outcomes
- Experience with product discovery, forming hypotheses, and validating them quickly
- Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with integrating LLMs
- Experience in a high growth startup environment
- Familiarity with GDPR/EU AI considerations
