About the job
Testgorilla is looking for a Senior People & Talent Operations Partner to design and automate the entire employee journey. You will own the HR tech stack, manage payroll and compliance across multiple countries, and create self-serve documentation. This is a fully remote, async-first role within a global team.
What you will do
- Design and maintain automated employee journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding
- Own and optimize HR tech stack for integration
- Manage payroll, invoicing, contracts, and compliance across multiple countries
- Handle data privacy, recordkeeping, and EOR vendor relationship
- Configure hiring tooling for manager self-service
- Create and maintain self-serve documentation for humans and AI agents
What you bring
- Passionate about the company's mission
- Excellent English communication skills
- Built sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com) as part of HR tech stack
- Managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries
- Deep hands-on HRIS experience
- Thrives in high-autonomy, async-first, remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Experience with EOR providers like Remote, Deel, or Oyster
- HRIS implementation or migration project experience
- Experience supporting team through organizational change
