Mozilla is looking for a Strategic Account Manager for Firefox Enterprise in the DACH region. In this role, you will manage key customer accounts and guide them through the adoption of Firefox Enterprise solutions. You will work remotely, building long-term relationships and driving growth within your assigned accounts.

What you will do

Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with various stakeholders
Develop success plans and guide customers from pilot to rollout
Monitor account health, lead business reviews, and manage risks
Own renewal planning and develop expansion opportunities
Identify and close new Firefox Support opportunities

What you bring

Experience owning strategic customer relationships in enterprise technology
Track record of supporting commercial outcomes through renewals or expansion
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for customer needs
Technical curiosity and ability to engage with enterprise technical teams
Native-level German and advanced English skills

Nice to have

Experience with enterprise infrastructure, security, or on-premises software
Experience with public-sector or regulated organizations
Experience selling enterprise support or subscriptions
Familiarity with open-source software and enterprise open-source models
Familiarity with browser management or related enterprise technologies
