Reddit is looking for an Ads Policy Lead to shape and uphold advertising standards across the EMEA region. In this role, you will develop policies, guide senior leaders, and handle complex escalations while embodying company values.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain advertising policies for EMEA region
- Draft risk assessments and policy recommendations for senior leaders
- Serve as decision-maker on complex ads policy escalations
- Act as senior peer leader and role model company values
What you bring
- 7+ years in compliance, standards, or policy development
- Experience in tech, digital platforms, advertising, or trust and safety
- Proven ownership of complex policy projects
- Expertise in advertising or content policy internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous problems into structured decisions
Nice to have
- Direct experience with advertising policies on a major tech platform
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation
