Flosum is looking for a Vice President of Salesforce Product Management to define the long-term product vision for its Salesforce DevOps platform. This remote role involves leading a product management team, engaging with customers, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and partners.

What you will do

Define multi-year product vision for Salesforce DevOps platform
Recruit, mentor, and lead product management team
Engage with customers to understand their needs
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
Monitor Salesforce releases for opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partners

What you bring

10+ years product leadership experience
3+ years leading product management teams
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform
Experience shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products
Strategic and operational skills
Strong communication and team-building abilities

Nice to have

Fluency in Git, CI/CD tools, and developer workflows
Experience with backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking
Experience in regulated environments like SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR
Perspective on AI impact on Salesforce admin and developer experience
Salesforce certifications, engineering background, or MBA
