About the job

Flosum is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and drive a multi-year product roadmap across five product lines. In this role, you will identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and translate platform knowledge into product capabilities. You will lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce and engage directly with Fortune 500 customers.

  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers to understand pain points
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories

What you bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • At least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Proven track record of shipping products adopted by enterprise customers
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling
  • Hands-on executor who writes PRDs and talks to customers

Nice to have

  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem
  • Worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries
  • Led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product
  • Point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps
  • Experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors
