About the job

Flosum is looking for a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead to own and improve product documentation for its Salesforce DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance modules. In this remote role, you will build the Flosum Certification Program and establish documentation standards in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

What you will do

Own and improve product documentation for Salesforce DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance modules
Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program with learning paths, exam blueprints, hands-on labs, and badge tiers
Analyze support cases, demo requests, and prospect inquiries to identify documentation gaps
Convert recurring support tickets into self-service knowledge base articles
Document new releases, features, and APIs in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
Establish documentation standards, style guides, and review workflows

What you bring

5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and data backup/recovery principles
Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program
Strong analytical mindset for mining support cases and CRM data
Excellent writing skills to translate complex technical workflows into clear guidance
Experience with documentation platforms like Document360, Zendesk Guide, Readme, or GitBook

Nice to have

Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification
Prior experience at a Salesforce ISV or DevOps tooling company
Background in instructional design or video-based learning production
