PA Consulting is looking for a Change Consultant to help organizations turn digital visions into reality. In this hybrid role based in Utrecht, you will reshape behaviours, embed new ways of working, and create cultures that thrive in a digital-first world.

What you will do

Reshape behaviours and embed new ways of working
Create cultures that thrive in a digital-first world
Work at the intersection of Executive Committees and delivery teams
Ensure alignment between strategic intent and operational execution
Collaborate with a high-performing team of consultants

What you bring

4–10 years in change management and transformation leadership
Full professional proficiency in Dutch
Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large-scale ERP or major IT implementations
Ability to translate operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans
Executive-level credibility and stakeholder management skills
Strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA)

Nice to have

Certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
Experience with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks
Experience operating across multiple geographies and sectors
