Join JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Utrecht as an R&D Technology Solutions Intern. You will optimize coffee and ingredient processing methods through lab or pilot plant experiments and support the implementation of new technologies. This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience in process technology.
What you will do
- Optimize coffee and ingredient processing methods through lab or pilot plant experiments
- Support implementation of new technologies and equipment in the pilot line
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose solutions
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for process technology
What you bring
- Enrolled in a bachelor or master program for the entire internship
- Preferably studying Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Structured approach, driven and energetic personality
- Available for at least 5 months from March to August 2027
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with food research activities
