About the job

ViCentra B.V. is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to own multiple design projects from concept to production. You will prototype, test, and refine across the product development lifecycle, and invent and optimize new manufacturing methods.

What you will do

Own multiple design projects from concept to production
Prototype, test, and refine across product development lifecycle
Invent and optimize new manufacturing methods
Set requirements and specifications, build mechanical testing and protocols
Run GMP process validations and complete quality documentation
Guide and mentor colleagues, partner with management and vendors

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years designing medical devices or regulated products
Hands-on knowledge of small parts design and manufacturing
Strong SolidWorks skills and technical writing
Self-starter managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Injection moulding design and processing experience
Start-up or scale-up experience
