Umdasch Group is seeking a Project Engineer to advance 3D concrete printing operations in Venlo. This role combines hands-on production with material testing and component logistics. You will help scale a cutting-edge construction technology across Europe.
What you will do
- Execute 3D concrete printing operations in lab and field
- Ensure stable printing performance across project phases
- Operate and maintain batching systems for consistent mix quality
- Test concrete mixes and produce quality control specimens
- Manage materials, prefabrication workflows and element handling
- Coordinate transport and assembly of 3D printed components
What you bring
- 3–5 years experience in concrete precast production or similar
- Understanding of concrete material behavior and quality control
- Hands-on experience in production or site execution
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Technical problem-solving skills and operational mindset
- Fluent English; willingness to travel and work on-site
Nice to have
- German or Dutch language skills
