About the job

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP initiatives from start to finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a hybrid work environment based in Sevenum.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation to handover
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business and IT
• Drive project governance with steering committees and risk management
• Build stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and improve standards

What you bring

• 8+ years delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders
• Familiar with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA
• Experience as a Scrum Master
