Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Pharma Operations Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence in Sevenum. In this role, you will analyze processes and key performance indicators to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability across Pharma Operations and Customer Service.

What you will do

Analyze existing processes and operational KPIs in Pharma Operations and Customer Service
Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
Contribute to cross-departmental improvement and digitalization projects
Apply structured problem-solving methods and root cause analyses
Develop data-driven recommendations and decision templates for management
Monitor relevant KPIs and derive improvement measures

What you bring

Completed degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain management, healthcare, operations management, or a comparable field
Professional experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, process management, project management, or business consulting
Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma, or comparable methods
Analytical thinking and confident handling of KPIs
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and ability to convince stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
