SYNTEGON is seeking an After Sales & Installed Base Manager to drive revenue growth from its installed base in Weert. In this role, you will identify high-potential customers, analyze machine data and service history, and support the after-sales team with insights and priorities.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years in service sales, aftermarket management, or technical sales in industrial equipment or packaging machinery
Knowledge of machines, service requirements, and lifecycle management
Ability to analyze customer data and drive sales growth
Experience with cross-functional teams, especially after-sales and service
Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
