Over de functie

Delta Electronics in Helmond is looking for a Field Application Engineer to support their Lighting and E-mobility power supply products. In this role, you will identify and solve technical problems, visit key accounts and channel partners, and bridge the gap between R&D and customers.

  • Identify and solve technical problems for Lighting and E-mobility power supply products
  • Frequently visit key accounts and channel partners for new project developments
  • Support channel partners with technical problem solving
  • Provide product introductions and trainings to channel partners and key accounts
  • Gather customer feedback on ACDC/DCDC power supplies and bridge between R&D and customers
  • Handle customer failure requests with the service department

Wat je meebrengt

  • Technical bachelor's degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on power supply design experience
  • Knowledge of power supply hardware and software lab testing (PMBus, CAN)
  • Experience with power supply product promotion and market analysis for strategy planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and intercultural skills
  • Good organization, planning, analytical, and presentation skills

Mooi meegenomen

  • Understanding of different topologies used in power supplies
  • Excellent command of English and another European language
