Get E is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to guide clients from day one and build lasting partnerships. You'll take full ownership of client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities.

- Guide clients from day one
- Understand each client's business to set them up effectively
- Identify and resolve friction before clients notice
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction
- Handle complaints and disputes with full ownership
- Proactively inform clients about issues and opportunities
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years in client services, customer success, or account management
- Builds real relationships with clients
- Curious about clients' businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Commercially minded
- Based in the Netherlands
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in travel, mobility, or service industry
- Dutch or other European languages
- Experience in aviation, travel, or mobility industry
- Experience with MBRs or QBRs
