Get E is looking for an Airline Account Director to manage a portfolio of key airline accounts in Hoofddorp. In this hybrid role, you will drive retention and growth by building account plans, identifying expansion opportunities, and leading quarterly business reviews.

- Own a portfolio of key airline accounts with retention and growth targets
- Build and execute account plans per client
- Identify and close expansion opportunities
- Build relationships at all levels within each airline
- Travel regularly to meet clients
- Lead quarterly business reviews
Wat je meebrengt
- 7+ years in key account management or airline commercial roles
- Proven record of retaining and expanding enterprise accounts
- Experience negotiating contracts with procurement and senior stakeholders
- Confident with clients and calm in escalations
- Comfortable working with data to steer decisions
- Strong written and spoken English
