Lely, an international company based in Maassluis, offers an internship focused on building an ESG Market Entry Assessment Agent. In this role, you will translate ESG methodology into agent workflows and validate AI-generated assessments.

Translate ESG market-analysis methodology into agent instructions and workflows
Structure and validate internal and external ESG knowledge sources
Build and configure the ESG Market Analysis Agent in Copilot Studio
Develop IRO scoring, materiality assessment, and target-at-risk logic
Connect country-specific findings to the Lely ESG framework
Test and validate AI-generated assessments against expert assessments

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Global Studies, Sustainability, Sustainable Business, or related field
Affinity with ESG, sustainability frameworks, and responsible business practices
Affinity with AI, Copilot, and emerging AI applications
Strong analytical thinking and structured working
Experience with research and source validation
Good English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage
