Learning & System Specialist

Lely is looking for a Learning & System Specialist to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will plan and coordinate training sessions and manage the Learning Management System.

Wat ga je doen

• Plan and organise national and international training sessions
• Manage training administration and participant records
• Maintain learning activities in the Learning Management System
• Handle communication with participants, trainers, and stakeholders
• Support evaluation process by collecting feedback and data
• Handle first-line questions and support tickets related to training and LMS

• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch
• Flexibility and ability to set priorities
• Affinity with digital systems and experience with Learning Management System
• Good command of Dutch and English, written and spoken
