As a Process Consultant at Sia, you will take on a pivotal role in driving business transformation for clients. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of process optimization, from analysis to implementation, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes
• Lead complex projects from start to finish
• Apply methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement processes
• Model business processes using BPM tools and perform simulations
• Advise clients on process design and digital transformation
• Provide training and support to users

• Excellent stakeholder management in complex organizations
• Ability to switch between operational and C-level
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills
• Sectoral knowledge in Telecom & Tech, Financial Services, Automotive, or Life Sciences
• Experience in guiding teams and coordinating work
