Sia is looking for an experienced Transformation Management professional to lead complex change initiatives in Maastricht. In this role, you will guide clients through organizational transformations, from strategy to execution, while mentoring junior team members.

  • Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping to execution and benefits realization
  • Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
  • Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
  • Build and coach client-side change agent networks
  • Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants

Wat je meebrengt

  • 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation
  • Track record delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (Kotter, ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S, Lewin)
  • Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage

Mooi meegenomen

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management)
  • Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe/Agile)
  • Strong data literacy and interest in data and AI topics
