Smappee is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for Charging Solutions to support DC and AC charging infrastructure projects across the Netherlands. In this hybrid role based in Naarden, you will act as a technical expert, handling commissioning, troubleshooting, and complex technical cases while coordinating with engineering and product teams.

- Act as technical expert for DC and AC charging infrastructure projects in the Netherlands
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical interventions for complex charging installations
- Diagnose and resolve issues with charging hardware, connectivity, backend communication, and energy systems
- Coordinate technical escalations with HQ Engineering and Product teams
- Support installers and service partners during complex technical cases
- Deliver technical training to partners and installers
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with DC and AC charging infrastructure
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering, EV charging, energy systems, industrial automation, or power electronics
- Experience with commissioning, field service, or technical operations in EV charging or energy infrastructure
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues independently
- Fluent in Dutch with solid working knowledge of English
- Willing to travel regularly within the Netherlands
