Flink is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the hub in Nijmegen. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of shift leads, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will have the opportunity to shape the local team and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced start-up.

Wat ga je doen

• Manage and optimize hub operational flow
• Lead and coach a team of 3-5 shift leads
• Ensure top-notch customer experience
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage and maintain schedules for pickers, riders, and shift leads
• Foster an inspiring and collaborative environment

Wat je meebrengt

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Strong in structuring and optimizing processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Believes in team effort and collaboration
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
