Boskalis is looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join their team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will prepare production budgets and estimates for dredging works and coordinate tender processes with business units. You will also supervise and train junior engineers while advising on modifications to dredging equipment.

Preparing production budgets and estimates for dredging works during tender phase
Coordinating tender process with business units
Supervising, coaching, and training junior Production Engineers
Advising on modifications to existing dredging equipment and construction of new vessels and equipment
Monitoring production processes and work methodologies on projects in the Netherlands and abroad
Transferring knowledge from tender phase to project team and crew during execution

Wat je meebrengt

Several years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and processing large amounts of data
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Curious, investigative, creative, and flexible mindset
Eagerness to develop into an all-round Production Specialist
