Cerba Research is looking for a Senior QA Manager to strengthen audit rigor in the Specialty Lab. In this role, you will provide independent oversight and mentor QA Managers across multiple sites in Rijswijk and Rotterdam.
Wat ga je doen
- Strengthen study-based audit rigor across validation, analytical plans, raw data and reports
- Mentor and coach QA Managers in QMS findings resolution and audit practice
- Advise on regulatory compliance across multiple standards
- Independently manage QA-related projects and drive process improvements
- Perform and review audit findings and reports for study-based audits
- Review CAPA responses and ensure adequate resolution
Wat je meebrengt
- University degree in a relevant scientific field or 5+ years QA and lab operations experience
- In-process audit experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO17025, ISO15189, ISO13485, ISO9001, GAPIV, GCP, GCLP, GLP, IVD/IVDR, CAP/CLIA
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and traveling between Rotterdam and Rijswijk
- Natural mentor able to coach less experienced auditors
- Fluent in English

- Familiarity with ICH M10 bioanalytical method validation guidance
- Dutch language skills
