This role focuses on driving outbound prospecting and generating leads for HR and recruitment leaders. You'll join VONQ, a company operating in the recruitment marketing space, based in Rotterdam.
Wat ga je doen
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
- Conduct initial discovery calls with key stakeholders
- Communicate the value proposition to HR and recruitment leaders
- Collaborate with Account Executives for lead handover
- Maintain prospect tracking and pipeline metrics in CRM
Wat je meebrengt
- 1-3 years of B2B outbound prospecting or sales development experience
- Self-motivated and resilient hunter mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Dutch
- Exceptional curiosity, active listening, and time-management skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing, or Agency
- Exposure to Recruitment Marketing technology, AI tools, or consultative frameworks
