As SHEQ Coordinator at Boskalis, you will support site management in Rotterdam in maintaining compliance with legislation and SHEQ standards. You will play a key role in promoting a safe working environment through inspections, training, and incident management. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to major maritime projects within a global leader in dredging and marine services.

Support site management in maintaining compliance with legislation and SHEQ standards
Carry out regular safety walks and site inspections
Deliver and improve site inductions and toolbox talks
Review and advise on safety plans and mobilisations
Provide SHEQ input during vessel repairs and docking
Participate in incident investigations and maintain risk register

Wat je meebrengt

2-5 years of SHEQ experience in port, maritime, logistics, or industrial operations
MVK, NEBOSH, or similar qualification
VCA VOL or willingness to obtain it
Practical and proactive mindset
Good command of English and Dutch
