Oceans of Energy B.V. is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team in Sassenheim. You will design and analyze floating systems and platforms, contributing to innovative offshore energy solutions.
Wat ga je doen
- Design platforms, interconnectors and floating systems at conceptual level
- Perform FEM analysis and hand calculations including fatigue analysis
- Develop dynamic modelling tools and maintain in-house structural software
- Contribute to engineering best practices and internal design standards
- Analyze measurement data from operational systems and integrate findings
- Prepare model testing campaigns and post-process data
Wat je meebrengt
- Technical University degree
- 3-5 years proven experience in structural engineering
- Knowledge of hydrodynamics, naval architecture, structural and designing
- Understanding of FEM packages, structural modelling, python and engineering tools
- Hands-on mentality and ability to perform in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prepare clear reports and organize documentation
