Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Head of Facility Management Europe to lead and shape its European FM strategy. This role oversees a diverse international portfolio, including logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and offices, and drives cost efficiency and business growth. You will lead a decentralized, multi-country organization and act as a senior business partner.

Define and execute a European Facility Management strategy aligned with business growth and cost efficiency
Oversee a diverse international FM portfolio including logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and offices
Lead a decentralized, multi-country FM organization and build leadership structures
Provide strategic direction to Technical Engineering leadership
Manage a budget and drive financial transparency, vendor strategy, and investment planning
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures, and act as a senior business partner

Wat je meebrengt

10+ years of experience in international Facility Management, preferably in logistics or warehousing
Proven experience in strategic Facility Management leadership roles
Experience managing large, multi-country portfolios
Budget responsibility in the multi-million euro range
Ability to build structure, governance, and scalable processes
Willingness to travel regularly across European sites
