Join Redcare Pharmacy as an HR Advisor in Sevenum, where you will provide expert guidance on HR topics and ensure compliant processes. You will play a key role in supporting employees throughout their lifecycle and collaborating with various HR teams.

Advise managers and employees on HR topics like employee relations, performance, absence, and Dutch employment law
Manage office-related sickness cases and ensure compliant processes
Guide employees through the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services for seamless HR processes
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining HR documentation and updating policies

Wat je meebrengt

At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor or similar operational HR role
Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law
Fluent in Dutch and English
